To get started creating and editing content please read the following:
User registration and why it is important
- To create a new article you will need to register for a new account and then verify your email address. This is to prevent spam attacks.
- Due to recent Spam/Vandalism attacks new page creation is limited to accounts that are at least 1 day old with a confirmed email address.
- To register for an account please click on the Log in / create account link in the top right corner of this page
- Next click the Create an account link in the grey box.
- Finally confirm your email address by following the directions in the email that was sent to the address you provided.
- An account is not required to edit an article at this time.
- Any edits made without being logged in will result in your IP Address being shown in the publicly viewable logs.
- If the Spam/Vandalism attacks continue at the current rate the administration will be forced to disable anonymous edits.
Creating content
Creating a new page
- To Create a new page please use the following(Courtesy of The Annoyed Man from TexasCHLForum.com):
- Type the title of your proposed article into the search field on the left side of the screen.
- The next screen will show you your title as a red link, and it will say that this page does not exist, would you like to create this page? If so, click on the red link.
- When you click on the red link, an editor screen will be loaded. Type in your content and use the provided editor tools to format the text.
- Preview/submit content.

In Texas a bank must post a sign that is compliant with Texas Penal Code Section 30.06 in order to be considered off limits.
Common myths
- It is commonly reported that federal law prohibits carrying a firearm inside of a bank, or that banks are somehow federal property due to FDIC membership.
- Such myths are completely False.
